The sitekey file is clearly redundant. It is used only to confirm
the correspondence.

Currently I'm discussing merging debian version and GNU version of htags
with the manager of Debian version of GLOBAL. I think it is settled one of
these days. I want to solve the problem with simplicity kept.

I understood. You want to mark tag selection pages as book marks, don't you?
