I would like to report a problem with GLPK. Here I attached a linear program data file in MPS format, rdc.mps and the glpsol output file, rdc.sol. I found that this solution is not optimal. Increasing Z0X39 would yield a better solution. I used the command of:
glpsol --mps rdc.mps -o rdc.sol
I feel it is possible a bug and so report this to you. If it is the calling glpsol causing the problem, please let me know. Thank you very much.
