Can you also add to the header file something that easily allows detecting
the version of GLPK? Something like the following would be OK:
/* The major number of the GLPK version. */
#define GLPK_VERSION_MAJOR 4
/* The minor number of the GLPK version. */
#define GLPK_VERSION_MINOR 15
/* The revision number of the GLPK version. */
#define GLPK_VERSION_REVISION 0
