The error looks the same as described in the article: A. Neumaier and O. Shcherbina, Safe bounds in linear and mixed-integer programming, Math. Programming A 99 (2004), 283-296 www.mat.univie.ac.at/~neum/ms/mip.ps.gz when a problem found primal infeasible becomes primal feasible after tightening bounds of variables.
