Hello Andrew, GLPK 4.44 was released with doc/gmpl.pdf and doc/gmpl.texi of GLPK 4.42.
Could you, please, add documentation for the suffixes implemented in 4.44 in chapter "3.1 Numeric expressions". I would appreciate if documentation of the table statement which is currently hidden in an extra file would be moved to chapter "4 Statements". Shall I do the conversion from tex to texi?
