Tspsol is not supported since glpk 4.20 (2007). Sorry.

If your tsp is small (up to 20-30 nodes), you may try to solve it with
glpsol; see the example model tsp.mod included in the glpk distribution.
For larger instances you may use the Concorde tsp solver together with
glpk as an underlying lp solver. For more details please see README in
directory glpk/examples/cplex in the source glpk distribution.
