The internal routines sgf_reduce_nuc and sgf_factorize were changed to correctly report structural singularity of the basis matrix.
To fix the bug please replace files glpk-4.58/src/bflib/sgf.c and glpk-4.58/src/bflib/sgf.h with patched ones (see attachment). Andrew Makhorin
