Both times I configured with './configure --prefix=/usr --with-included-argp. Following your instructions yields the same results.

I can't find where it dumps the core file or that it even dumps it. I tried modifying the radiusd/Makefile and changing the 'gcc' to 'gcc -g' and still can't find a core file.
