Gnubg requires up to 30 (!) external DLL when compiled forwindows, I'm
afraid the number won't be much smaller for OS X. Please find attached the
descvription of the libs I use for my Windows build, maybe a starting point
for your environment. Most of the libs may be available pre-compiled within
Darwin project, you just need to install them. Some libs however you are
likely to need to compile yourself.

<notes> Python installs the DLL into c:\windows\system32\python.dll
to use all python features a working installation of python
on the target machine is required, same version required (?).
But if that is the case, even the most freaky extensions e.g.
GUI's work. I know of a bot control gui running inside gnubg
using wxWidgets ...
Also note that you most likely need to compile your own Python
still, as it is very picky about debug versions, i.e.
python24_d.dll. Not a problem at all, top notch build support
in the sources.
