Missed doubles (under cp) - you should have doubled, you were below
  the Cash Point, so your opponent should have taken
Missed doubles (above cp) - you should have doubled, you were above
  the Cash Point, so your opponent should have dropped (e.g. you
  should 'cash in' the game and claim your 1x current cube points)
