Installing in the doc directory would be better since this is where windows currently expects the file to be.
The problem with the missing entries is Øystein's fault since names with non-us ascii characters should not be allowed ;) The documentation is incomplete, but I suppose it is better than nothing?
The FAQ is currently not installed. The texi file seems to indicate that it should be a standalone file, but the gtktexi interface expects the faq to be part of the main gnubg.xml file as far as I can figure out. Perhaps Achim knows more as he is indicated as the author.
