I've replaced the 2d board direction arrow code (which was the only use
of libart), with similar code that uses cairo.

This means we can remove libart as a dependency (in the Makefile.am
etc), we may also need to add cairo as a new dependency instead.  I've
got a bit more of an idea about the autotools but am not quite up to
doing this.

Cairo is really easy to use so I'll replace the opengl graph when I get
some time, and ultimately look at some graphs for the relational database...
