I see no particular reason for doing things differently on windows and linux and quite a few for doing them in the same way. Perhaps it is more appropriate to do things differently when using or not using docked panels. (Supposing somebody is still using the undocked version??)
When you look in to the window sizes, could you also fix the fact that the main window cannot be smaller than a particular size when using docked panels? It has to do with the panels window having a minimum size. Christian. On 8/2/06, Jonathan Kinsey <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I'm going to have a look at the code that creates dialogs to work around the gtk window bug that pops up wrong windows when you close nested dialogs. Well I'm at it I'll have a look at saving the position and size of some of the windows. Has anyone got any windows they would particularly like the position remembered for? Equally does anyone think I shouldn't save the window positions (or only do it for windows - not linux)? Jon Ps. Just need to find some time to do it... _______________________________________________ Bug-gnubg mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnubg
