I have downloaded the newest GNUBG installation that says version 0.90
(13 November 2008).
But i can't use it because of a major bug it has for me. I have reported the
bug in the following link, and it seems it was well known.
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?25126

Hopefully as i've seen here the bug will be corrected in the next release.
But the problem is i can't wait for the new release. :-)

So instead of waiting for the new release of 0.91 i tried to build the
latest
version of source code.
So i followed the following tutorial:
http://www.gnubg.org/index.php?itemid=50&catid=1
And managed to build a working version of GNUBG from the latest source
code of 3 January 2009. But there are 2 issues:

1)The info says it is version 0.16. So is this really a newer version
from the 0.90?
2)It runs fine but i can run it only by running a BAT file(Run Gnubg.bat)
and only
from C:\GNU directory. It also opens along with the program an
annoying DOS window also.
While when i run the gnubg.exe that has been created it asks for some DLL
and doesn't run. So it runs only with the BAT. I don't want this.
►What i want is the procedure to build(in Windows) an independent gnubg.exe
file
from the latest source. In order to place it in my GNUBG installation
folder and replace the older GNUBG.exe.
►Or even better the procedure that creates the setups of GNUBG like that
here:
http://www.gnubg.org/media/windows/gnubg-MAIN-20081113-NOGLADE-setup.exe.

☼Can anyone tell me the exact steps for that or anyway provide an executable
from the latest source code(06/01/2009)?
