No such option in Settings-->Options-->Game in my build using a very recent snapshot. Actually, when I saw Matthias's question, I thought such an option was present, but I couldn't find it. Now I'm confused. As you already surmised the evaluation engine (Tutorial) doesn't take this option into account - as far as I am aware of.
