I d/l the RedHat gnubg-0.15-4.i686.rpm (said to be suitable for Mandriva!),
but the installer reported:

"Some requested packages cannot be installed: gnubg-0.15-4.i686 (due to
unsatisfied libreadline.so.4)"

I do have 'libreadline5 ("shared lib's for readline") installed, and can only
assume that GNUGB needs libreadline4, but I can't find an RPM for that.

I tried to fool the install by making a symlink as follows:

                ln -s /lib/libreadline.so.5 libreadline.so.4

and re-tried the install, but - sadly - the same failure occurred...

Anyone know how this mismatch can be overcome, please?
