Using the latest CVS code I am unable to reproduce either of these problems.
On my system/settings - I did notice  that GnuBG always drops this cube. I
use Supremo/WorldClass for analysis and evaluation with a G11 MET. I tried
other settings as well, and GnuBG always does the same thing (Drop).
