As for the GPL, as long as he isn't distributing Extreme Gammon - changes
they make don't need to be made available. If they are using it across
multiple sites then there might be a case.


It looks to me like they want to do not only a server SW but a new BG- Client (I havn't read the Simborg article by myself, my subscription ended in Apri and I haven't renwed it yet). Although I would appreciate more programs I think they should respect the terms of the GPL.
