Now that we have applied SSE2 into the tree, one thing we really need to do
is amend the function sse_supported to check if SSE2 is actually enabled and
available (If SSE2 was compiled in). Its possible to build the SSE2 version,
and run it on an SSE only system and have build info show ³SSE supported and
available² but fail with an illegal instruction during analysis.
