Hi Stick,There is a Windows 0.14.3-devel installer available at gnubg.org on this page: http://www.gnubg.org/index.php?itemid=21 and the direct download link is: http://www.gnubg.org/media/gnubg-setup- gtk13-20050302.exe . I'm not sure what you mean by 14.3m but the above is the only old Windows build I know of.
