This is similar to the bug I already suggested exists. I have some specific
test cases I will post for someone to hunt it down (One alters the play the
user made, and ths alters the error rate after using cmark/rollout). Part of
the issue was resolved by Christians change (Appear to be multiple minor
bugs).
