I have one recommendation, and its based on some experience so far. Someone
came to me and had GnuBG running on a VIA processor without sse support.
Ultimately I had to have them download the no sse files, install them on
Vista (which present security headaches because its in c:\program file).
After renaming the files everything was fine. The suggestion by the user was
"why not have a non sse installer and  an sse installer?". If we don't do an
sse check and decide for them, maybe make it easier for those who aren't
computer savvy by creating a second install for them in the event we ask
them to try the other version.
