I saw a comment a while ago from someone who would prefer if the menu was hidden
in full screen mode. The down side is that none of the menu options will be
available by mouse or keyboard or any of the shortcut keys. You could take the
view that they shouldn't be when the game is being played in full screen mode.
Anyway this is a little straw poll, if you've got a view one way or the other
just reply and I'll hide it or leave it as it is based on the general consensus.
