following command from setupvars.bat fails
if EXIST c:\gnu\mingw\include\gtk-2.0\gtk\gtk.h goto gtkok
because
c:\gnu\mingw\include\gtk-2.0\ does not exist, though
C:\gnu\MinGW\lib\gtk-2.0\include does exist, as does
C:\gnu\MinGW\etc\gtk-2.0\ but
gtk.h does not exist anywhere. still seems like the dev batch files don't work
with the latest glade install.
i would like to fix the problems i reported, but if i can't compile i'll
probably go back to using the 2005 version.
