Hi Ian, Jim, Max, and Rick,
I just tried accessing Jim's Demon databases and had no problem
getting through at ftp://ftp.demon.nl/pub/Demon/games/gnubg/databases
If you point your FTP client directly at ftp.demon.nl it will redirect
to dl.xs4all.nl, but otherwise everything is the same. I tried
downloading a few of the smaller databases just to be sure, and they
were fine. Perhaps there was some sort of temporary problem that was
denying you access.
