Okay, I don't know how this is intended to work. What I am seeing is a
directory called "Analysed" is created in a  subdirectory off the one
where the files selected for batch processing are located. When analysis
finishes the SGF files are placed in there. Once they are analyzed they
can't be analyzed (even if you specify different analysis parameters).

If that is what is suppose to happen then I guess I don't have issues on
my system an it is working normally. I think what confused me was that
changing analysis parameters didn't force the matches to be analysed
again when i ran them in batch mode.
