I'll enter it into bug tracker.I'm working on other GNUBG things at the moment. It appears that the region to reset/clear the board extends below the board too far and also appears that the region at the top of the board (top of the trays) is not clickable. Almost like the region being checked is shifted downwards from the top of the board by some given offset.
