I'd say go ahead, especially if the code is delicate or unmaintainable. In all the years I have been on here I haven't been asked to deal with this format. It is the type of thing people could use a previous version of GNUBG to load and then save to a MAT file. If you are in cleanup mode and looking for dead (unneeded code), you could also eliminate the USE_EXTENDEDMATCHID processing in configure.ac and the source files. The code I wrote didn't have any unintended side effects after implementation, so I think it can be eliminated. -- Michael Petch GNU Backgammon Maintainer / Developer OpenPGP FingerPrint=D81C 6A0D 987E 7DA5 3219 6715 466A 2ACE 5CAE 3304 _______________________________________________ Bug-gnubg mailing list [email protected] https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnubg
