The www.gnubg.org was summarily closed when GDPR was enacted (see http://www.gnubg.org/). But deeper URLs like the one you mention are still reachable. I suppose Achim or whoever control this domain could reconsider what to do considering the experience of a few years of the above legistlation. Either lock the site properly, including deep pages, or reopen it, maybe with a closed content management system ensuring it doesn't leak personnal data or unsuitable content from random contributors or commenters.
