correlation of involved macros ''HAVE_OPENDIR'' and ''REPLACE_FCHDIR'' ...
So ''ifndef HAVE_OPENDIR'' and ''#ifdef REPLACE_FCHDIR'' cppcheck is
right, ''dirp'' is allocated by ''malloc()'' and passed to ''closedir()''.
