While I was changing coreutils to conform to the new coding standards, I noticed it was nicer to put in a URL there. The coding standards' example says only "see the files named COPYING". That made sense back in 1985, but in 2005? (And why is "files" plural?) So -- how about if we change this text in standards.texi: For more information about these matters, see the files named COPYING. into this text instead: For more information about these matters, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html>.
