After a brief examination I discovered yet another important bugfix to
argp library undone on the same date (2005-12-12), namely this:

* argp-fmtstream.c (__argp_fmtstream_update): Fix coredump
I have restored it.
Karl, please do not update argp module from glibc until both
repositories get properly synchronized.
