Most mirrors update once a day. This is why usually I upload icecat tarballs the day before annonce the new version. While for icecat the advantage to distribute its big tarballs covers this disadvantage (also considering there is not activity between a release and the next mozilla upstream version); it can be annoying for projects like coreutils, that few hours after the release have a bunch of new features and bug fixes :-). Can mirrors be updated more frequently like every 6 hours, or avoid in some way to redirect to a mirror that wasn't updated after the requested file mtime? Cheers, Giuseppe
