    ignore-value: remove dependency on stdint

    Since commit 939dedd9, 06-01-2011,
    "ignore-value: support aggregate types"
    we no longer need stdint (intptr_t).

    * lib/ignore-value.h: Remove uneeded <stdint.h>.
    * modules/ignore-value: Remove stdint dependency.
