Hello everyone, it seems that I've recently found a new small bug inside gnulib-tool. We have --do-changelog, but it is never used. It is only set when we process command-line arguments, but I couldn't find any piece of code where we test its value. I guess that it lives in gnulib-tool since the ancient times when we need such option. Nowadays as I can see it is useless. Correct me, please, if I'm wrong.
