By this do you mean if a project has a old gnulib git submodule? I think I ran into this with GNU Bison for example. It hasn't had commits in about a year. Also, thanks for the list of projects in the other email. I'll start experimenting so that we can make good choices gnulib-tool.py is ready for testing. Collin
