Thanks for the heads-down message. I was just starting to investigate and
see that the module 'posix_spawnattr_setsigmask' is not present:

$ grep -i posix_spawnattr_setsigmask config.cache 
$ grep -i posix_spawnattr_setsigmask config.status 
S["GL_GNULIB_POSIX_SPAWNATTR_SETSIGMASK"]="IN_COREUTILS_GNULIB_TESTS"
D["GNULIB_TEST_POSIX_SPAWNATTR_SETSIGMASK"]=" 1"
