Is that something that ought to be mentioned in doc/gnulib-readme.texi 'Stable Branches'? I thought "important" (whatever that means) changes are backported to supported stable branch continously? My concern is if there are any implications for the gnulib git bundle export. Which is sporadic but the idea is roughly twice each year to match when the stable branches are created. /Simon
