This patch renames it to '--with-systemd'.

Makes sense to me. I pushed the Gnulib update now.

Pàdraig, find attached a proposed patch for coreutils, accordingly.

I suspect this would probably be better under "Build-related" instead of
"Bug Fixes", which is more likely to be seen by package maintainers.
However, I'll let Pàdraig decide when he is back at his computer in a
few days.
I retagged as doc: rather than maint: as it's a consumer visible doc change.
I also moved to the "Build-related" NEWS section, as that's what distro 
packagers
should focus on when updating packages.

I pushed with those tweaks.
