If you want to run GNUnet FS (the filesharing module), either MySQL or
SQLite is required.

This is probably due to an outdated version of GNU libextractor. The
latest version is available at
http://gnunet.org/libextractor/

Our download section has up-to-date packages for Ubuntu, Debian and a
link to OpenSuSE. Which distribution are you using?
