I think the problem here (Internet, internet) is that we started with no direct definition scope. Do we reference "The Internet" (done in the beginning) or the general technical construct (the internet, an internet, as in the sense of multiple connected networks). I'm fixing this to Uppercase and apply the rest of your feedback.
