Hmm.. This looks like the Playcounts file got corrupted somehow..
The chunks are 979725665 bytes big.. But they should be ~ 16 bytes ;-)

My first guess => Corrupted Filesystem...
Did you try fsck it? If this doen't help, try to re-create the
filesystem (mkfs.vfat) ...
