This happens if bsd_glob("$mountp/iPod_Control/Music/*", GLOB_NOSORT);
returns 0 matches.You said it works for the first few songs? Hmm.. do you have any Errors in your syslog? Maybe the kernel umounts the ipod after a few songs for some strange reason?
