Looks like GNUpod 'messed-up' his database. Open /mnt/ipod/iPod_Control/.gnupod/GNUtunesDB.xml in a text editor and checkout line 3280 . The line should contain some invalid XML. If you post the line to this mailing list i'll try to reproduce what happened.
