Nevermind... I found the correct serial number using lsusb.

That didn't go so well, so I tried specifying the serial number:
sudo mktunes.pl -m /media/IPOD/ --fwguid 8K739HEFY5N
mktunes.pl 0.99.5 (C) Adrian Ulrich

> 20 files parsed, assembling iTunesDB...
> Creating iPod playlists...
> Hashing database for iPod GUID '0x847391ef25700000'

That seemed to work fine, but the iPod still reports that I have no
music. I'm pretty sure that is the correct serial number - I can see it
on the back of the iPod and Banshee reports the same.
Any suggestions?
