Problem with configuring gstep-core-000621

[Ing. Jan Trembulak]

 I try to configure and compile gstep-core-000621 on Solaris 8 operating
system.
When I run ./configure I got message:
...
checking target system type... i386-pc-solaris2.8
checking build system type... i386-pc-solaris2.8
./configure: MINGW32=0: is not an identifier
configure error: ./configure failed for make

What's wrong ?
