Bug in 'make install'

Hi,

in the latest CVS code, you cannot do a 'make install' anymore:

make[2]: /usr/GNUstep/System/Makefiles/install-complete-dir.sh: Command not found
make[2]: *** [internal-app-install] Error 127
make[1]: *** [ProjectCenter.build] Error 2
make: *** [ProjectCenter.install.app.variables] Error 2
