Makefile.preamble under CygWin

Hi,

to get base compiling under CygWin I had to make some changes to  
Makefile.preamble in base/Source, base/Tools and base/Testing; namely adding  
-I/usr/include/w32api to ADDITIONAL_INCLUDE_DIRS.
The same change had to be made to GNUmakefile for compiling gnustep-objc-1.0.1.
