Steps to reproduce
1 - Open an application e.g. GWorkspace
2 - move window such that the bottom half lies
outside the screen
3 - Unfocus the application
4 - refocus the window
5 - Notice: The window appears to jump
6 - Notice: after moving the window so that it
is completely visible you see that it is
actually resized

GNUstep - CVS version 18 dec 2001
WindowMaker - 0.65.1
WindowMaker has sloppy focus
