Hi - this might be a bug in gnustep, but more likely it is a configuration
problem on your system ... I'm assuming you have some sort of standard
linux distribution ... then you need to check that the results of
./configure in the base library are as described in -

If your system is not a standard linux distribution, then that won't apply
:-) please send in more details about your system otherwise we can't help
you much.
